What is Web Threads?
    Web Threads is a search engine in the making.  It will be CGI / Java driven, and
is in the process of being made.  It will rely on CGI-Bin work to submit sites, and
a Java applet will be used to do the searching.  Before Web Threads can get underway,
sites must be submitted.  Anyone can submit a site so long as the site:

   �Does not contain objectional, adult, or inaccurate material.
   �Does not have links to anything listed above.
